Welcome to RSAS, a 501(C)(3) organization that has served senior adults in rural Utah with startup programs cost-free focusing on rural Sanpete county. Services include companion and personal care for homebound, frail and vulnerable seniors living in the area. Collaboration with the senior, his/her caretaking family and other agencies was an important factor. We have been serving senior adults for over 8 years and have served 120 senior adults.

Sadly, we will be stopping services as of September 2025 due to a lack of funding. We do however wish to thank all businesses and foundations that have contributed funding during the past 8 years.
