Welcome to RSAS, a 501(C)(3) organization serving senior adults in rural Utah with startup programs cost-free focusing on rural Sanpete county. Services include companion and personal care for homebound, frail and vulnerable seniors living in the area. Collaboration with the senior, his/her caretaking family and other agencies will be an important factor.
