The mission of RSAS is to provide an Outreach Program that delivers quality, cost-free Companion and Personal Care for senior adults.  The plan is to support, foster, and upgrade services for Senior Adults in Rural Utah – To be an advocate for the Elderly in this region and help to prevent loneliness and isolation
